WAF Executive Board, during the 2018 World Championship decided to remove from the position of the Head Referee Mr. Leonard Harkles. Futhermore the Executive board decided to ban Mr. Leonard Harkles for two years of refereeing in any WAF events or WAF members events.
Nominated WAF Head Referee after the finish of the championship it is Eduard Dimiean, master referee, who held the position of Assistant Head Referee at EAF before the nomination. All the decisions were taken with the majority votes in favor.
Soon the new WAF Referees Panel will be announced after the approval of the Executive Board as voted by the 2018 WAF Congress.
