WAF President Mr. Assen Hadjitodorov and General Secretary Mircea Simionescu Simicel had a constructive meeting on Wednesday 13th of June 2018 in Bonn at the International Paralympic Committee headquarters.
WAF met the IPC Chief Executive Officer Mr. Xavier Gonzalez discussing future development and support for the Paralympic Games program inclusion of armwrestling while the other meeting with the Paralympic Games Sport Senior Manager, Mr. Jurgen Padberg concluded the pathway rules and qualification system for the future Paralympic games program inclusion of armwrestling. WAF will start with a simulated qualification and ranking system preparing for the future admission of our sport into the Paralympic Games program.
